| As an independently owned business, we at Boulder Mountain Furniture believe in standing behind our products quality and craftsmanship. If you have a product that is defective then the supplier and Boulder Mountain Furniture and Futons will send you a replacement at our expense. Please note there are some inconsistencies in stains of wood and manufacturing processes. These are normal and will be dealt with on an individual basis. However, this does exclude unforeseen problems with shipping (See shipping procedures).
If you are unhappy with your purchase then we will honor an in store credit minus any shipping costs and re-stocking fees (case by case). All custom products are not returnable unless defective and any exchanges will be for the same product. Any products that are returned and not in sellable condition and original packaging will be refused. |
