| We personally inspect all packages before shipping. This means we open the boxes to make sure that the product is not broken and the applicable hardware is intact. Sometimes things are broken in shipping and are out of the control of Boulder Mountain Furniture and Futons. If a box has any visible damage please inspect in front of driver to make sure the proper claim is made and can be executed by the shipping company. Any damage should be noted on the delivery slip. If there is significant damage please refuse delivery and we will resend the product to you in proper condition. Remember that the shipping company is not part of our business. If the product needs to be resent then it will take some time. There are no cancellations of orders if damaged by shipping company. |
